Every Bid Costs You Time
You Don't Have

Asphalt contractors lose hours every week on manual measurements. One bad estimate can cost thousands.

📏
Measuring Wheel on Site
You're driving out to every job just to roll a wheel around before you can even quote it. That's time you're not getting paid for.
🤔
Eyeballing from Plans
Guessing square footage from a printed plan is how you over-order material, underbid jobs, and eat the difference.
💸
Paying for Takeoff Services
Third-party estimating services take 24-48 hours and charge per job. You're paying every time and still waiting on someone else.
📄
Unprofessional Proposals
Handing a customer a number on a napkin or a basic text quote costs you jobs against competitors who look more put-together.

Common Questions
What file types does it accept?
PaveView Takeoff accepts PDF files (single and multi-page) and all common image formats — JPG, PNG, TIFF. Any plan you can get your hands on digitally will work.
How accurate are the measurements?
Accuracy depends on your calibration — if you calibrate precisely against the plan's scale bar, measurements are within 1–2% of actual. We've tested against field measurements and professional takeoff services with consistent results.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PaveView Takeoff runs entirely in your web browser. Works on any computer — Windows, Mac, or even a tablet. No installation, no updates to manage.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. PaveView Takeoff is $50 per month as a subscription with unlimited projects. You can also start with a 24-hour free trial (full access) before you subscribe.
What if I need help getting started?
Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you same day. For most users the calibration step is the only thing that takes getting used to — after that first job it becomes second nature.
Can multiple people on my crew use it?
Your license covers use on your account. If you need multiple seats for a larger operation, reach out and we can work something out.
